How does a creative-growth engagement work at Ideas That Grow?

You begin with discovery. We read what is already in market, map audience segmentation, and ask what must be true by a date you name. From that listening we write the organisation’s story with an arc you can actually use. Creative direction follows as instruction for later makers. An editorial calendar then gives owned channels a rhythm, while message hierarchy keeps the claim in order. Rhythm is written down — often a weekly or fortnightly console inside Singapore-time hours — with one named counterpart on your side. Campaign architecture, then the mix of rooms, wait until that central sentence can be repeated. That is the work of tending, from first note to launch plan.

How are campaigns scoped?

A written brief names the rooms, the documents, and the review dates. If you need a sequence, we include campaign architecture, a mix of rooms and a calendar for owned channels. A launch plan joins when a date already exists. Integrated communications are scoped as a single story appearing across several rooms. Money terms remain inside the proposal. Informal streets around the old docks still get a written brief from us.

Who do you work with?

You will usually be a founder, a marketing lead or a brand manager. Larger Singapore houses arrive with established organisations. Regional scale-ups bring speed. Regional work proceeds once the Singapore line already stands. We prefer a compact client team so choices can be made in the Duxton Hill studio or by video.

What cadence should we expect?

SGT working hours, Weekdays, 09.00 to 18.00. Retainers keep a monthly console. Sprints keep a tighter table. We gather comments in one pass where we can, so the brand system does not get edited in six documents at once. Positioning framework notes are locked, then applied.

How do you handle PDPA for email and phone enquiries?

The contact form posts to our processor and the note arrives at hello@ideasthatgrow.life. Telephone messages on +65 6822 4703 are recorded so we can reply. We use those details to answer you and, if a project follows, we use them to run that work. Those details are never sold on. Requests to see or amend records go to privacy@ideasthatgrow.life. The longer notice is on the privacy page.

What clock should counterparts use?

Singapore time (SGT). The Duxton Hill room, in the Tanjong Pagar heritage creative quarter, keeps that clock. If you are joining from another market, we will ask you to meet SGT working hours unless the brief says otherwise. Tone of voice work and naming reviews sit in the same window.

When do you build an editorial calendar?

When rooms you own need a beat aligned with the story arc. A calendar without a message hierarchy is only a grid. We write both. You can also commission an Editorial Calendar Build on its own — see ways of working.

How does creative direction sit with your teams?

As instruction, not as a replacement. Your makers still make. We write behaviour, reference rooms, and the brand system notes they will need. The garden window is where we say it once, clearly, so the work of tending can continue without us in every meeting.

Ideas That Grow Pte. Ltd. provides professional marketing and communications services, spanning creative direction, campaign architecture, brand strategy and channel planning. The studio’s work helps organisations hold a clearer position and run more coherent campaigns. Particular lead volumes, sales figures, search rankings, audience counts on social platforms or advertising performance sit outside what any brief can specify. You remain responsible for marketing choices. Working with the studio is counsel for communications, distinct from an investment product and distinct from financial advice.
